Free Online Interior Consultancy Service

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

 

• ​Our free online interior design consultation provides clients with a 30–60 minute video call designed to offer initial guidance, clarity, and professional advice.

• This service is advisory only and does not include any deliverables such as floor plans, drawings, concept boards, written summaries or follow-up documents.

• It is intended as an introductory conversation to help you gain clarity on your project and determine whether further services may be helpful.

2. BOOKINGS & FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS

• All sessions must be booked through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the scheduled time and call details.

• Each client is entitled to one free consultation. If you wish to receive additional guidance, you may book a paid follow-up consultation through our website.

• The free session is designed as an initial introduction, not an ongoing advisory service.

3. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

 

• ​You may reschedule your appointment by contacting us at info@2105interiors.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice must also be sent to info@2105interiors.com.

• Because the consultation is free - late cancellations or missed appointments automatically forfeit your free consultation. You may still book a paid session, but another free session will not be offered.

4. CONSULTATION SCOPE

• The consultation covers general interior design advice, ideas, recommendations and direction based on the information provided by the client.

• This service does not include any deliverables such as floor plans, concept boards, detailed drawings, sourcing lists, written summaries, design packages and technical evaluations. It is purely a a conversation-only advisory service based on the questions asked during the consultation.

• Clients are encouraged to prepare questions or upload relevant files to make the session more effective.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a working camera and microphone for video consultations.

• To receive accurate advice, clients must provide correct, complete and relevant information (including photos, floor plans or measurements, when applicable).

• The quality of the advice depends on the quality of the information provided.

6. LIMITATIONS OF ADVICE

• While we aim to provide professional and insightful advice, the consultation is solely based on the information provided by the client.

• 2105 Interiors is not responsible for any design decisions or actions taken by the client after the consultation, renovation outcomes, purchases made by the client.

• This service does not substitute for a full interior design consultation, which would include in-depth analysis, floor plans and custom design solutions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

• All verbal advice and ideas shared during the session remain the intellectual property of 2105 Interiors.

• Clients may use the advice for personal purposes only. Reproducing, distributing or selling any ideas or concepts for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

​​​

• 2105 Interiors accepts no liability for any issues, damages, losses, or negative outcomes arising from, the client’s design or renovation decisions, misinterpretation of advice, contractor performance, purchase choices, structural, technical or safety considerations.

• The client assumes full responsibility for all actions taken after the consultation.

9. PRIVACY

​

All personal information - including uploaded photos, floor plans, contact details and any project-related materials - will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
