PAYMENT TERMS:

For any paid services, such as interior design consultations, E-interior design or on-site projects, you agree to the payment terms outlined in your specific agreement with us. Payments are due as specified in the agreement, and failure to comply with payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.

REFUND POLICY:

2105 Interiors offers a variety of online interior design consultancy services, each with its own pricing and refund policy. Please carefully review the specific refund terms associated with each service prior to making a purchase. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following refund policies:

Interior design consultancy

For one-time consultations (such as virtual meetings or visit at clients place):

Refunds do not apply for these services

E-interior design package

For design package that include multiple services (concept boards and floor plans):

A 50% refund will be available if the project is canceled before any design work has started.
Once the design process has begun, no refunds will be issued.

WARRANIES:

The Site and all content and services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

RETENTION OF RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING:

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
