What to expect
COMPLETE THE ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE
Provide detailed responses to inquiries regarding your project requirements and design aspirations.
CONSULTATION WITH THE DESIGNER
Upon receipt of your questionnaire, your designer will arrange a 30-minute to 1-hour consultation call within 1-2 business days. This introductory meeting will ensure all necessary information is gathered to effectively kickstart your project.
SUBMIT MEASUREMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS
Kindly provide photos, videos, and measurements of the spaces to be designed. If there are any existing furnishings you wish to retain, please include their dimensions and images as well. For measuring guidance, refer to our resources here. Additionally, it is very helpful if you share with us any inspiration material that enable us to further enhance our understanding of your vision.
PAYMENT
An invoice for your selected package will be sent to you. Once payment is received, we will commence the design process.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Our designer will diligently craft your project, incorporating your preferences and insights.
FINAL HANDOVER
Upon completion, you will receive a bespoke design package featuring tailored suggestions and styling recommendations, allowing you to implement your new design with confidence.
