Cancellation Policy

- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - You are allowed to re-schedule your own bookings online up to 24 hours before the start time free of charge, subject to availability. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. - Cancellations made more than 24 hours' before the meeting, will be fully refunded.
