Terms and Conditions for
E - Interior Design Service

Welcome to 2105 Interiors! By booking our E - interior design service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

​

Our E-Interior Design Package provides tailored expert guidance on initial design concepts, inspiration, and ongoing support throughout the design process. The package is designed to help you achieve a cohesive and well-executed design outcome.

 

This package includes:

  • Introduction call or in-home visit (London only)

  • Inspiration mood board

  • Paint color list/guidance

  • Refined shopping list

  • Full concept board (with 2 revisions)

  • Furniture layout (with 2 revisions)

  • Design support

  • Tips and advice

For an additional cost, you can book a measuring service where our designer visits the site and measures the space with a laser (London only).

2. ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE 

​

To begin your design journey, you are required to complete an Online Questionnaire. This form collects detailed information about your project requirements, design goals, and preferences. Your responses will help guide the design process.

3. CONSULTATION CALL 

​

After receiving your completed questionnaire, our designer will arrange a 30-minute to 1-hour consultation call within 1-2 business days. This introductory session will ensure that all necessary details are gathered to begin your project.

4. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

​

You are required to provide photos, videos, and measurements of the spaces to be designed.

​

This includes:

  • Clear photographs or videos of the space.

  • Detailed measurements, including dimensions of any existing furnishings you plan to retain.

  • Optional: Any inspirational images or materials that help communicate your design vision.

​

If you opt for our additional Measuring Service (available only in London), our interior designer will visit your site and take accurate measurements using laser tools.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

​

  • After submitting the questionnaire, an invoice will be sent to you via email.

  • Payment must be received in full before the design process can commence.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the design work has started. See our Refund Policy (Section 9) for further details.

6. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

​

Our designer will begin crafting a bespoke design based on the information provided in your questionnaire and consultation call. You can expect the following stages during the design development:

​

  • Mood Board and Concept Creation: The designer will deliver an initial inspiration mood board and design concept.

  • Revisions: You are entitled to 2 revisions on both the full concept board and the furniture layout. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee, which will be outlined in advance, if you request extra one.

  • Shopping List and Paint Guidance: You will receive a refined shopping list and paint color recommendations to assist you in sourcing products and materials.

7. FINAL HANDOVER

​

Upon completion of the design, you will receive your Final Design Package, which includes:

​

  • Full concept boards and layouts (reflecting any revisions).

  • A tailored shopping list with product recommendations.

  • Paint color guidance.

  • Styling tips and personalized advice for implementation.

​

This package will be delivered to you digitally, allowing you to implement your design at your own pace.

​​

​

8. MEASURING SERVICES (OPTIONAL)

​

For clients located in London, we offer a Measuring Service at an additional cost. This service includes a site visit where our interior designer will measure your space with a laser for accuracy.

The measuring service is available only for clients located in London.

9. REFUND POLICY

​

  • Once the design process has started, payments are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel by contacting us before any design work has commenced, a refund of up to 50% of the package price may be available.

  • Refunds for additional services (such as the measuring service) are available if canceled at least 48 hours in advance before scheduled time of the site-visit. Refunds will not be granted for late cancellations or if designer shows up on site and the client is not there to provide access (no shows).

10. REVISION POLICY

​

Your E-Interior Design Package includes 2 revisions each for the full concept board and furniture layout. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.

11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

​

You are responsible for:

​

  • Providing accurate and timely information, measurements, and materials.

  • Ensuring that any photographs, videos, or inspiration materials are submitted in a clear and organized manner.

  • Complying with the timelines outlined in the consultation to ensure the smooth progression of your project.

  • For call consultations: Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a functioning microphone and camera (for video calls). 2105 Interiors is not responsible for any disruptions or delays caused by technical issues on the client’s side.

  • For on-site visits: Clients must ensure the designer has safe and reasonable access to the property. Any pets or obstructions should be managed ahead of time to avoid delays.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

All design materials provided to you, including mood boards, concept boards, layouts, and styling suggestions, are the intellectual property of 2105 Interiors. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

2105 Interiors is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of our services or your inability to implement the design as proposed. Our liability is limited to the value of the package you purchased.

14. GOVERNING LAW

​​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
