Terms and Conditions for
Online Interior Consultancy Service

Welcome to 2105 Interiors! By booking our interior consultancy service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Our interior consultancy service offers clients the option to book either:

  • A 30-minute to 1-hour video or phone consultation, or

  • A designer visit to your location (subject to availability and location).

This service is advice-only and does not include floor plans, concept boards, or follow-up design work.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

​

  • All consultations, whether via call or on-site visit, must be booked through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled time and details.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable unless the consultation is canceled or rescheduled by 2105 Interiors.

3. ON-SITE VISITS

​

  • If you choose an on-site visit, please ensure that you are there for the visit and can provide designer access to the necessary areas of your home or property. The visit will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on your booking.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside a certain radius. These will be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • On-site visits are available only in London, subject to designer availability.

4. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

​

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • You are allowed to re-schedule your own bookings online up to 24 hours before the start time free of charge, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours' before the meeting, will be fully refunded.

5. CONSULTATION SCOPE

​

  • The consultation, whether by call or in-person, is intended for general interior design advice and recommendations. Clients are encouraged to prepare a list of questions or topics to maximize the use of the session.

  • This service does not include any deliverables such as floor plans, concept boards, or detailed drawings. It is purely an advisory service based on the questions asked during the consultation.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • For call consultations: Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a functioning microphone and camera (for video calls). 2105 Interiors is not responsible for any disruptions or delays caused by technical issues on the client’s side.

  • For on-site visits: Clients must ensure the designer has safe and reasonable access to the property. Any pets or obstructions should be managed ahead of time to avoid delays.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information during the consultation to ensure effective advice can be given.

7. LIMITATIONS OF ADVICE

​

  • While we aim to provide professional and insightful advice, the consultation is based on the information provided by the client. 2105 Interiors is not responsible for any design decisions or actions taken by the client after the consultation.

  • This service does not substitute for a full interior design consultation, which would include in-depth analysis, floor plans, and custom design solutions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

All advice given during the consultation remains the intellectual property of 2105 Interiors. Clients may use the advice for personal purposes but may not reproduce, share, or sell it for commercial gain.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

​

  • 2105 Interiors shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the advice provided during the consultation, including but not limited to any design, renovation, or purchasing decisions made by the client.

  • In no event shall 2105 Interiors’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the consultation service.

10. PRIVACY

​

All personal information provided during the booking process and consultation will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By booking and using our interior consultancy service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
